Yes. Free has no word limit and no trial clock. You can listen on your computer, or connect a cloud speech service with your own account. Pro is there if you want more, and you never have to take it.
A little more polish, your own profiles and sync. Polish cleans up the wording as you speak, profiles give each kind of writing its own instructions, and sync keeps your settings, dictionary and profiles the same on up to five computers. Pro is $4.99 a month, or $49 a year.
Polish runs through a cloud service you connect with your own account, such as Groq or OpenAI. That service bills you for what you use. Kalam Max will run it for you when it arrives.
Fourteen days of Pro, no card. One trial per account, started from your dashboard. When it ends you go back to Free, and nothing is deleted.
You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for, then go back to Free. Your notes, history and settings stay on your computer. You can come back whenever you like.
Wispr Flow’s free plan stops at 2,000 words a week on a computer, and unlimited words are part of its Pro plan, $144 a year when paid yearly. Superwhisper’s free plan has unlimited words but only Whisper on your computer, and keeps cloud listening, Parakeet and clean-up for Pro, $84.99 a year.
